Terms of Service
Last updated 13 August 2026
These terms govern your use of QanoonAI, operated by Zensbot LLC. By creating an account you agree to them.
QanoonAI is a research tool, not legal advice
QanoonAI helps you find, read and draft faster. It does not give legal advice and it does not create a lawyer–client relationship between you and us. Everything it produces — a brief, a petition, a summary, an answer — is a starting point that a qualified professional must review before it is relied on, filed or sent.
Check every citation before you file. The AI is instructed to answer only from the judgments in our corpus and to say so when it cannot find an answer, but no AI system is free of error and the responsibility for what you file remains yours.
Your account
- You must give accurate information when registering and keep it current.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not share your password.
- Judge accounts cannot be self-registered. They are requested, checked and granted by an administrator.
- Tell us promptly at contact@qanoonai.pk if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
Acceptable use
Use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: do not attempt to extract our case-law corpus in bulk, do not attempt to circumvent the limits attached to your plan, and do not use the service to break the law.
Plans, billing and limits
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, in Pakistani Rupees, through PayFast.
- Each plan carries usage limits. When you reach one, the relevant feature stops until the limit resets or you upgrade.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for; we do not pro-rate part-periods.
- We will give notice before changing prices for an existing subscription.
Your content
Your cases, documents and conversations remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and display them back to you, and to provide support when you ask for it. We do not use them to train AI models.
Our content
Court judgments are public record. The way we have collected, cleaned, enriched, indexed and presented them is ours, and the corpus is protected against bulk extraction. You may use judgments in your practice; you may not scrape or redistribute the corpus.
Availability
We aim to keep QanoonAI available and to give notice of planned maintenance, but we do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee. If you need one, contact us and we will discuss it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision taken in reliance on output that was not reviewed by a qualified professional. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Where circumstances allow, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
